Directions: Diffusion: 5-10 drops, allow 20 minutes, replenish as required. Inhalation/ Perfume: Put a few drops on pillow or collar of pyjamas. Bath: 2 drops mixed into milk and added to baby bath (1 year up), 5-10 drops mixed into milk and added to normal sized bath for children from age 2. Massage: 5 drops to a teaspoon of Absolute Massage Oil (unscented) rub gently on tummy and back.
