"The In Bloom Pregnancy Massage Package helped me to commit to some really valuable ‘me’ time (which I appreciate all the more, having now had my baby!), and it was fantastic to just stop and relax completely for that hour at each visit. I found that at different stages of my pregnancy, the massage helped in different ways – the earlier sessions were more about relieving general stress and tiredness, but later on, it was good to focus on particular trouble spots such as lower back pain. Plus the stretches and exercises that you suggested helped to prolong the benefits of the massage once I got home. I’ve recommended it to loads of people, and had a lot of people recommend it to me. Oh, and the pack of aromatherapy goodies was fantastic too…" Melanie Kozak - mum of Thea 8 weeks "The beautiful one-hour post natal massage I had from Jo a week after Noah was born really helped during that tough first couple of weeks. Jo not only has magic hands, she has a wonderfully calming presence, and the massage left me feeling far better, both physically and emotionally. See you again soon!" Kylie Smith - Mum of baby Noah. Hi Sam, I just wanted to write and reiterate what an AMAZING experience my massage yesterday was. I am still on cloud 9 and honestly wish I could now afford to have a massage a week. Your down to earth & friendly personality combined with your magic hands made my birthday treat a very special one. I have raved to everyone I know about how amazing it was and I can't wait to be spoilt again... dropping hints left, right and centre! Wishing you a fabulous Christmas and hope to see you again soon. Best wishes & many thanks. Vanessa Rehm |

"If there is one piece of advice I can give - its that all partners should attend Jo's massage course. Rickie was awesome with his massage and it really, really helped." Michelle S.
"Thanks so much for the course on Saturday… Jared & I found it SO helpful and informative, we learnt so much more than we have at our antenatal classes! We both feel so much more confident going into the birth now. And yesterday Jared gave me a wonderful foot rub, for the first time in our 8 years together! It was worth coming for that alone!! I’ve been raving about it to pregnant friends & their hubbies so I'm sure you’ll get some more bookings. Thanks again." Sarah & Jared Places are limited so book now to avoid disappointment!
![]() The ancient and feminine art of belly dance has been used for centuries by women to condition and prepare their bodies for pregnancy and childbirth. When combined with yoga, the gentle and fluid exercises are an excellent way to improve flexibility and strength, ease tension and learn how to intuitively move and breathe during labour – and most of all its lots of fun! During this class you will learn simple belly dance techniques including hip circles, figure 8's and undulations - all specifically designed to tone and strengthen the pregnant body as well as gentle yoga stretches to ease tension and increase relaxation. No previous Belly Dance or Yoga experience necessary. The belly dance class was fantastic very relaxing, beautiful and yet effective. It's a spiritual mix of yoga, gentle dancing and meditation. Ive absolutely enjoyed every minute of it. The class made me feel so feminine and happy about myself and my body, which is not always easy these days! The beauty of the class is that you don't have to be a dance star, you just let yourself go with a flow and enjoy the music.. And I strongly believe that happy Mum makes a happy baby :) Anastaysia - 28 weeks.
